1 Year Prorated Warranty on Jiffy Lines

The 1 year prorated warranty starts the day you receive your Jiffy Lines.
If your Jiffy Lines fail in any way, just let us know and send us the defective Jiffy Lines.  Then we can either give a cash refund based on a 1 year prorated value, or you can purchase a new set at a discounted price based on the prorated value of the Jiffy Lines that you will be returning.

Note: Your Jiffy Lines will last longer if you do the following:
- Jiffy Lines will last longer if you disconnect the bungee first and only adjust them with no tension on them.
- Jiffy Lines will last longer if you bring the lines inside when not being used for extended periods of time such as winter.

Disclaimer 1: We use anti-stretch material but no matter what is used, there is stretch.  Especial when you are dealing with 18 meters of material.  Therefore we experimented and figured out the amount of stretch that takes place with a reasonable amount of bungee tension.  Using that knowledge we make Jiffy Lines so that the dimensions are as accurate as possible when they are connected to bungees that have a reasonable amount of tension and that have an appropriate angle of pull from the bungees. 

Its easy to achieve the exact official dimensions.  Just clip on a tape measurer and adjust the bungee tensions until you obtain the official dimensions. 
Once you know the required tension, you will be able to always be very close to the exact official dimensions.  Even when you don't use a tape measurer.

Disclaimer 2:  All though we don't expect this to ever happen, we feel it necessary to say... If your Jiffy Lines ever wear or malfunction and cause an unsafe condition, stop using immediately and contact us if they are still under warranty.
